We will meet on 24 and 25 September 2025 at the Friedrich Schiller University at Ernst-Abbe-Platz in Jena, directly after the <a href=\"https:\/\/dghm-kongress.de\/\">annual conference of the DGHM<\/a>. This time we will be focussing on sequencing and diagnostics in infection research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting will be kindly hosted by our steering board member <a href=\"https:\/\/infectnet.org\/en\/web\/mitglied.php\/?id=28\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Prof Dr Bettina L\u00f6ffler<\/strong><\/a> and her team. Bettina L\u00f6ffler is director of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uniklinikum-jena.de\/mibi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Institute for Medical Microbiology at the University Medical Center Jena<\/a> and steering board member of the DGHM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This sixth network meeting will also be the <strong>final event <\/strong>of our BMFTR-funded network initiative.
